Design Procedures of Belts

or belts of similar dimensions. So long as you offer related data
such as horsepower (KW), rotating speed (rpm), center distance
(CD), distance bwtween big wheel and small wheel (PD), safety
coefficient, etc. to us, we can make an accurate design report
for you rapidly.

Belt Tensiometer
We own the latest Japanese-made UNITTA U-505 tensionmeter which
can measure take-up tension according to the "amplitude of
oscillation and efficiency" easily and accurately. Since
different types of belts have different width, they have different
take-up tension. It is known that if the take-up tension is too
low, belts would skid or cannot drive machines as it is required.
If the take-up tension is too high, belts would be tight and have
shorter service life. The bearing would be spoiled easily because
of too much force on it.
Therefore, it is absolutely important to measure "tension
of belt" accurately.
Inspection of Belt Pulley
Whether the allowance and shape of belts are standard would
affect the goodness of fit of belt and pulley, the transmitting
capacity of belt and even the life and noise of belts and the
life of machines. So it's very crucial.
We have drawings and materials of tooth shape originally made
by foreign manufacturers. We can offer the most accurate tooth
shape of belt pulley. We can make projection comparison on the
used belt pulley and analyze how much it is different from the
